heat milk in a heavy bottom pan and bring it to boil.
when milk start to boiling reduce the flam and let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes on slow flam.
After 15 minutes milk start to thicken.
now add cardamom powder, sugar and mix well.
Now add grated paneer, malai,mawa and mix well.
Add 1 cup of cold milk in milk powder and mix well. Now add this mixture in to milk and mix well.
now cook on medium flam with continue stirring till halwa consistency.
Now add clarified butter and mix well.
Now add chopped cashewnut, almonds, pistachios. Saffron and mix well.
Switch off the flam and add gaRosh with chopped nuts.
